大学生自尊、心理控制源、社会支持与抑郁的关系

目的探讨自尊、心理控制源、社会支持与抑郁的关系。方法采用自尊量表、内控-外控心理控制源量表、社会支持量表以及抑郁自评量表对合肥市859名不同类别的本科生进行调查研究。并使用SPSS16.0进行统计分析。结果大学生抑郁症状检出率为28%,其中轻度抑郁检出率为21.1%,中度症状检出率为6.2%,重度抑郁症状检出率为0.7%。抑郁与自尊、心理控制源、社会支持及其3个维度呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。客观支持与自尊、心理控制源相关不显著(r=0.055,0.019)。自尊、心理控制源和社会支持可解释抑郁26.9%的变异量。结论大学生抑郁与自尊、心理控制源、社会支持存在较大关系。

Relationship between College Students' Self-esteem, Locus of Control, Social Support and Depression

Objective To test the relationship between college students’ self-esteem,locus of control,social support and depression.Methods A total of 859 different types of undergraduates in Hefei completed the self-esteem scale,locus of control scale,social support scale and depression scale.Results ①The rate of slight depression was 21.1%;moderate depression 6.2%;high depression 0.7%.②The result of depression had a significant correlation with the scores of self-esteem,mental control source type and social support（P〈0.01）.③Objective support wasn’t related to self-esteem,mental control source significantly.（r=0.055 and r=0.019）.④Self-esteem,mental control source and the social support could explain 26.9% variance of depression.Conclusion College students’ depression and self-esteem,psychological control source,social support have a lot of relationship.
