| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨帕罗西汀对躯体形式障碍的临床疗效及副反应.方法 采用随机分组的方法,将60例躯体形式障碍患者分为帕罗西汀组(30例),多虑平组(30例),治疗6周,用HAMD和TESS评定疗效和副反应.结果 帕罗西汀组与多虑平组对躯体形式障碍的疗效差异无显著性(P＞0.05),但在副反应方面有显著性(P＜0.01),帕罗西汀副反应轻微.结论 帕罗西汀治疗躯体形式障碍安全、有效,值得临床应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effects and side effects of paroxetine in treatment of somatoform dixorders. Methods Sixty patients who met CCMD-3 for somatoform disorders were randomly divided into paroxetine (30 patients) and doxepine (30 patients) group, and treated for 6 weeks. The clinical effects and side effects were tested with HAMD and TESS. Results The clinical effect of paroxetine were similar to doxepine. The paroxetine had less side effects than doxepine (P<0.01). Conclusion Paroxefine is an effective drug with fewer side effects in the treatment of somatoform disorders. |
