个案管理护理模式对分裂症患者生活能力改善的影响

目的探讨医院对精神分裂症恢复期患者实施个案管理模式后其日常生活自理能力、人际关系改善方面的影响。方法将86例精神分裂症恢复期患者随机分为个案管理组及对照组。个案管理组实行个案管理模式进行管理,对照组按照现行的医学模式进行护理。两组分别在入院及出院时进行日常生活自理能力量表(ADL)及人际关系量表的评定,比较两种护理模式对患者日常生活自理能力及人际关系方面的影响。结果治疗结束后,个案管理组日常生活能力(t=11.032,P0.001)及人际关系量表分(t=7.871,P0.001)较入院时明显减低,对照组前后无明显变化。结论个案管理模式护理在一定程度上改善分裂症患者的日常生活自理能力及人际关系处理能力。

The Influence of Care Case Management Model in Schizophrenia Living Skills Improvement

Objective To investigate the improvement of living skills and interpersonal relationship when the schizophrenia patients who were at convalescent stage had taken the case management model care .Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into case management and control groups .Case management group was implemented a case management approach to managed care ,control group in accordance with the current medical model .Two groups completed activities of daily living scale （ ADL） and interpersonal scale in the admission and discharge.Results After the treatment,scores of ADL and interpersonal scale significantly decreased （t=11.032,7.871;P〈0.001）in the case management group,the control group showed no significant change .Conclusion The implementation of the case management model in the hospital care patients with schizophrenia can improve daily living skills and interpersonal skills .
