中国内观疗法文献分析（1988-2015年）

目的：：总结和分析内观疗法在中国27年的发展动态和特点。方法：以“内观”&“疗法”为搜索词,分别对中国知网(CNKI)、万方医学网、维普网进行主题搜素、关键词搜素和标题/关键词搜素,文献涉及年份为1988年6月-2015年9月,并对文献进行筛选,依据文献计量学原理进行统计分析。结果：中国期刊共刊登内观疗法及相关文献222篇,其中应用研究147篇(66.2%)。天津医科大学(59篇,26.6%)、苏州大学(16篇,7.2%)、上海市精神卫生中心(13篇,5.9%)是前三位作者单位；毛富强(42篇,18.9%)、王祖承(8篇,3.6%)、黄辛隐(8篇,3.6%)是前三位通讯作者；中国第二届内观疗法大会论文集(34篇,15.3%)、天津医科大学硕士学位论文(16篇,7.2%)、上海精神医学杂志(11篇,5.0%)、中国健康心理学杂志(10篇,4.5%)、中华行为医学与脑科学杂志(9篇,4.1%)是前五位文献来源；心理健康教育(28篇,19.1%)、精神分裂症(28篇,19.1%)、网络成瘾(11篇,7.5%)、抑郁症(10篇,6.8%)、酒依赖(10篇,6.8%)是前五位应用领域。结论：内观疗法论文数量呈现台阶式增长；天津、上海等内观基地是论文发表的主力军；会议论文集、硕士学位论文和学术期刊是主要文献来源；内观疗法主要应用于心理健康教育和精神障碍治疗领域；今后应进一步扩大核心作者队伍、根据国情改进方法、拓展应用研究领域、不断提高论文质量。

Analysis of Chinese Naikan Therapy Literature during 1 988 and 2015

Objective:To summarize and analyze development dynamics and features of Naikan therapy in 27 years. Methods:Taking “Naikan”and “therapy”as search terms.Making topic,keywords and title/keywords search at CNKI,Wanfang medical network and VIP.The literature was between June,1 988 and Septemper,201 5.Screening the literature and making statistic analysis subject to bibliometrics principle.Results:China journal published a total of Naikan therapy and 222 literatures,the research and application of 147 articles(66.2%).Tianjin Medical University (59,26.6%),Soochow University(1 6,7.2%),the mental health center of Shanghai(13,5.9%)was one of the top three author;Mao Fuqiang(42,18.9%),Wang Zucheng(8,3.6%),Huang Xinyin(8,3.6%)was one of the top three communications the author China;the second session of the conference of Naikan therapy(34,1 5.3%),the master degree thesis of Tianjin Medical University(1 6,7.2%),Shanghai Journal of Psychiatry(1 1,5%),China Journal of Health Psychology(10,4.5%),Chinese Journal of behavioral medicine and Brain Science(9,4.1%)was the top five sources;mental health education(28,1 9.1%),schizophrenia(28,1 9.1%),Internet addiction(1 1,7.5%),depression (10,6.8%),alcohol dependence(10,6.8%)was used as one of the top five Field.Conclusion:Naikan therapy in show-ing the number of step growth;Naikan training base in Tianjin,Shanghai and other is published the main force;Graduate Dissertations and scientific journal conference proceedings,research is the primary literature sources;Nai-kan therapy is mainly used in mental health education and mental disorders treatment fields;in the future,we should further expand the core author groups,according to the national conditions to improve the methods,expand the ap-plication field of study,continuously improve the quality of the paper.
