初中生特质情绪智力与学习倦怠关系的研究

目的探讨初中生特质情绪智力的特点及其与学习倦怠之间的关系。方法采用特质情绪智力问卷青少年版简版(TEIQue-ASF)和学习倦怠问卷调查了726名初中1～3年级学生。结果1初中生在特质情绪智力的总分上不存在显著的性别差异(t=-0.715,P0.5),但在幸福感和情绪技巧2个维度上存在显著的性别差异(t=2,P0.05;t=-2.324,P0.05);2初中生的特质情绪智力存在显著的年级差异(F=20.93,P.001);3父母受教育程度越高,初中生的特质情绪智力得分越高(F=4.89,P0.01;F=5.58,P0.01);4初中生的特质情绪智力与学习倦怠存在显著负相关(t=-0.522,P0.001);5初中生的特质情绪智力可解释学习倦怠总变异的26.4%。结论初中生的特质情绪智力与年级和父母的受教育程度有关,并能有效预测其学习倦怠。

Relationship between Trait Emotional Intelligence and Learning Burnout of Middle School Students

Objective To explore trait emotional intelligence of middle school students,and the relationship between trait emotional intelligence and learning burnout.Methods Seven hundred and twenty-six middle school students were investigated with TEIQue-ASF and learning burnout questionnaire.Results ①There was no significant difference in gender of trait emotional intelligence of middle school students（t=-0.715,P0.5）;②There was significant differences in grade（F=20.93,P0.001）;③ There was significant differences in level of education of parents（F=4.89,P0.01;F=5.58,P0.01）;④ Scores of trait emotional intelligence were correlated with learning burnout（t=-0.522,P0.001）;⑤ Trait emotional intelligence could explain 26.4% of the total variance of learning burnout.Conclusion Trait emotional intelligence is related with grade and level of education of parents,and it can predict their learning burnout.
