| 摘 要： | 入世以来，我国公立医院一统天下的格局正在被外资医院和民营医院打破，在未来的竞争中，医院一定是靠质量取胜。本文对医院质量管理的内容进行了分析，并提出了医院质量管理的构架模型。

| Abstract: | Since China entrance to WTO, the situation of Chinese hospital has been impacted by foreign capital hospital and nongovernmental hospital. Quality is the key to competition among hospitals in the future. This paper has analyzed the contents of hospital quality management. Finally, the quality management system frame in hospital has been put forward. |
