| 摘 要： | 组织工程学是应用生命科学和工程学的原理和方法 ,去认识生物正常和病态组织结构 功能关系 ,设计、构造、改良、培育和培养活组织 ,研制生物替代物以修复或重建器官的结构 ,维持或改善组织器官功能的一门新兴边缘学科 ,是一个综合细胞生物学、材料科学、生物化学、化学工程、生物医学工程学和移植学等学科的交叉领域。组织工程学是 80年代末期才由美国兴起并发展起来的一门科学 ,其研究为利用遗传工程制备“真正的”仿生材料和人造器官开辟了光明的前景。可以认为 ,2 0世纪人工器官的出现已成为现代医学进步的一大标志 ,但因这些器官尚不具…

| Abstract: | Tissue engineering is an interdisciplinary field that applies the principles of the engineering and the life sciences to the development of biological substitutes which restore, maintain, or improve tissue function. Three general strategies have been adopted for the creation of new tissue: the tissue inducing substances, cell biology, biomedical nature and the evaluation of safety. This article discussed the new development and tendency of the research in bone, cartilage, skin tissue engineering. |
