应用血液流动性可视化测定装置观察高脂血症患者血液流动性的变化

摘    要:目的 应用血液流动性可视化测定装置(microchannel array flow analyzer,MC-FAN)观察高脂血症患者的红细胞、白细胞变形能力,血小板的聚集黏附能力以及血液的流动、变形状态。方法门诊和住院的高脂血症患者30例,空腹采血,血样分别检测血脂等生化指标;血液黏度、血小板聚集等血液流变学指标;另外应用MC-FAN测定血液通过模拟毛细血管25、50、75、100μl的流动状态和时间。结果宏观的血液流变性测定结果表明,高脂血症血瘀患者的血液黏度比健康人显著增高(P〈0.01),血小板聚集性也明显增强(P〈0.01);而MC-FAN显示患者的白细胞变形能力减弱,血小板在模拟毛细血管上的黏附增加,最终血液的流动时间和健康人比较显著延长(P〈0.01)。结论通过MC—FAN可直接观察高脂血症患者血液的流动性,直观看到血细胞变形和聚集状态,表现为患者血液流动时间的延长,和传统宏观的血液流变性结果相一致,该仪器具有连续观察性、形象直观化的特点。

Abstract:Objective To observe the status of blood flow and deformability of the hyperlipidemia patients by using Micro-Channel Flow Analyzer(MC-FAN). Methods 30 hyperlipidemia patients received blood tests on an empty stomach. Such blood indexes as blood fat, blood viscosity, platelet aggregation were tested. Flowing time and status of simulated capillary vessels(25, 50, 75,100μl) were also determined by using MCFAN. Results Blood viscosity of hyperlipidemia patients is higher than that of healthy people( P 〈 0.01), platelet aggregation increased ( P 〈0.01). The flowing time of blood is longer than that of healthy people( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion For hyperlipidemia patients, the changing ability of white cells is poor. The haematoblasts are easy to gather on the capillary vessels, so flowing time becomes slower than usual. This apparatus is noted for its continuity and visualization.
