肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素对小鼠胸腺的影响

目的探讨肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素对小鼠胸腺的影响。方法取5-6周雄性小鼠，随机分为4组，每组15只，腹腔注射生理盐水（对照组）、肾上腺索和去甲肾上腺素（NE＋E），分别于5、7、9天后取胸腺，HE染色观察胸腺组织学变化，免疫组织化学法检测胸腺组织中相关凋亡基因Bcl-2和Bax产物的表达，原位末端标记法（TUNEL）计算胸腺组织凋亡细胞数。结果药物处理组的胸腺细胞凋亡均高于对照组（P〈0．05），而各药物组无显著性差异（P2〉0．05）。结论肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素可促进小鼠胸腺组织退化，诱导小鼠朐腺细胞凋亡。
