西帕依固龈液联合超声雾化吸入治疗儿童疱疹性龈口炎的临床研究

摘    要:目的研究西帕依固龈液联合超声雾化吸入治疗疱疹性龈口炎的临床疗效。方法收集疱疹性龈口炎患儿126例,随机分为四组:联合组(西帕依固龈液联合超声雾化吸入治疗)、单药Ⅰ组(西帕依固龈液治疗)、单药Ⅱ组(为超声雾化吸入治疗)和阳性对照组(西瓜霜喷剂治疗),观察四组的临床疗效。结果联合组有效率为94.7%,单药I组有效率为46.2%,单药II组有效率为33.3%,阳性对照组有效率为40.6%。四组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液联合超声雾化吸入治疗儿童单纯性疱疹性龈口炎具有较好的效果。

Abstract:Objective To study clinical efficacy of Xipayi mouth and ultrasonic liquid inhalation therapy in children herpetic gingivostomatitis. Methods A total of 126 children cases with herpetic gingivostomatitis were randomly di- vided into four groups: the combined treatment group (Xipayi mouth and ultrasonic liquid inhalation therapy), monotherapy group I (Xipayi mouth fluid therapy) , monotherapy group II (the ultrasonic atomizing inhalation ther- apy) and positive control group (Watermelon Frost therapy), and then the clinical efficacy of four groups was ob- served. Results The efficiency of the combined treatment group was 94.7~, monotherapy group I was 46.20/~, monotherapy group II was 33.3 % , the positive control group was 40.6 ~. There was statistically significant differ- ence among four groups (P'〈0.05). Conclusion It is more effective for the combined therapy of Xipayi mouth liquid with ultrasonic liquid inhalation in of children herpes simplex gingivostomatitis treatment.
