| 摘 要： | 为探讨血清轻链定量及κ／λ比值和尿液轻链定量对多发性骨髓瘤（MM）的诊断价值。采用速率散射比浊法检测165例不同类型的MM患者血清轻链含量并计算κ／λ比值，同时检测尿液轻链含量。各型MM组患者血清轻链含量及κ／λ比值与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。各型MM组患者MM所属尿轻链含量与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），非MM所属尿轻链含量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。血清和尿液轻链含量定量测定对MM的诊断分型及疗效观察有临床应用价值，血清和尿液轻链联合检测可提高M蛋白检出率。

| Abstract: | To explore the clinical value of light chain quantitative analysis in diagnosis of multiple myeloma （MM）, the levels of the light chains of 165 serum samples were detected by rate nephelometry while the urine samples were detected at the same time. The results showed that there was significant difference of light chain and κ/λ ratio between MM groups and control groups in both serum and urine samples （ P 〈 0.05）. The difference between non-MM groups and control groups was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Light chains quantitative analysis in both serum and urine were important in MM diagnosis and classification. M protein detection rate may be improved through combined detection of serum and urine light chains. |
