非小细胞肺癌患者p53蛋白和MMP2表达水平与同步放化疗的相关性

目的 研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者p53蛋白、MMP2的表达与同步放化疗疗效的相关性.方法 选取2013年2年至2014年1月在我院接受同步放化疗的NSCLC患者89例.采用免疫组化方法检测患者组织中P53蛋白的表达情况,并根据P53蛋白表达与否分为阳性组(41例)与阴性组(48例).分别比较两组患者的疗效、生存率及治疗前后血清MMP2的表达,并进行相关性分析.结果 阳性组患者RR为53.66%(22/41),显著低于阴性组的75.00%(36/48),P<0.05差异有统计学意义.治疗后阴性组MMP2水平为60.9±23.4μg/mL,显著低于阳性组的75.5±31.7μg/mL,P<0.05差异有统计学意义.阳性组平均生存期为17.3±4.6月,显著低于阴性组的31.4±5.3月,差异有统计学意义(t=12.865,P<0.001).经Spearman相关性分析可得,NSCLC患者组织p53蛋白表达、血清MMP2的表达与同步放化疗疗效及生存期均呈显著负相关.结论 NSCLC患者p53蛋白、血清MMP2的表达与同步放化疗疗效均呈显著负相关,且与生存期也呈显著负相关,对治疗NSCLC具有参考价值.

Expression of p53 Protein and MMP2 in Patients with Non-small Cell LungCancer and Their Correlation with Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy

Objective To study the correlation between the expression of p53 protein, matrix metalloproteinases 2 (MMP2) and chemoradiation curative effect in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients.Methods From February 2013 to January 2014, in 89 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer accept in our hospital for the chemoradiation were selected.We used immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of P53 protein in patients with organization situation, and based on the P53 protein expression or not, patients were divided into positive group (41 cases) and the negative group (48 cases).We compared the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients, and the survival rate and serum levels of MMP2 expression before and after treatment.And the correlation analysis was performed.Results The positive patients′ RR was 53.66%(22/41), which was significantly less than 75.00% of the negative group (36/48), (P < 0.05).MMP2 levels in negative group after treatment was (60.9±23.4)μg/mL, which was significantly lower than in the positive group (75.5±31.7)μg/mL (P<0.05).In positive group, the average survival period was (17.3±4.6) months, which was significantly lower than the negative groups (31.4±5.3) months (t=12.865, P=0.000).By doing the Spearman correlation analysis,in the NSCLC patients groups,between the expression of p53 protein,the serum levels of MMP2 and chemoradiation curative effect and survival,there was a significantly negative correlation.Conclusion Between the expression of p53 protein,theserum levels of MMP2 in NSCLC patients with chemoradiation,and curative effect,there was a significantly negative correlation,and there was a significant negative correlation with survival as well.It has reference value for the treatment of NSCLC.
