摘    要:目的 探讨缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、肌钙蛋白(cTnⅠ)、肌红蛋白(MYO)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)检测在急性冠状动脉综合征的早期发现中的应用价值.方法 选择100例急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者,在胸痛发作后3小时内检测缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、肌钙蛋白(cTnl)、肌红蛋白(MYO),肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),同时选择100例健康查体者为对照组,做相同检测,观察各种心肌标志物的变化.结果 ACS组与对照组的检测结果进行对比,4项指标的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).ROC下曲线面积显示,IMA仅次于cTnⅠ,高于MYO和CK-MB.结论 IMA、MYO、cTnⅠ、CK-MB联合检测在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)早期诊断中具有重要的临床意义.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of Ischemia modified albumin (IMA), Cardiac troponin I (cTnI) ,Myohemoglobin (MYO) and Creatine kinasc isozymes (CK-MB) detection in the early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods The serum levels of IMA, cTnI, MYO and CK-MB in 100 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) at 3 hours after chest pain and in 100 healthy cases were detected. Results There were significantly difference on the IMA, cTnI, MYO and CK-MB between ACS group and control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The areas under ROC curve in ACS group was lower than cTnI, but higher than MYO and CK-MB. Conclusion The combined detection of IMA, cTnI, MYO and CK-MB in acute coronary syndrome have a significant clinical value in the early diagnosis of ACS.
