重点科室宣讲推进血培养规范送检效果分析

目的：推进徐州医科大学附属医院重点临床科室血培养规范送检工作。方法：选择感染病科、急诊ICU、血液内科、重症医学科作为试点科室，2015年10月通过宣讲与沟通的方式向试点科室讲解血培养规范送检的方法，2015年11月开始执行，试点8个月后对结果进行分析。结果：2015年11月至2016年6月，感染病科2瓶(双侧单瓶)、4瓶(双侧双瓶)血培养送检数量比较，2015年3—10月分别增长21.8%，43.2%；急诊ICU4瓶血培养送检数量比较，2015年3—10月增长71.1%；血液内科2，4瓶血培养送检数量比较，2015年3—10月分别增长81.9%，3.9%，单瓶送检数量减少86.3%；重症医学科2，4瓶血培养送检数量比2015年3—10月分别增长21.9%，0.3%，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。均具有统计学意义。结论：试点科室宣讲的方式可有效促进血培养规范送检，具有推广意义。

Key department training to improve standard sample collection of blood culture

Objective: To improve standard sample collection of blood culture in the key clinical departments of Affliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University.Methods: Chose Department of Infectious Diseases, Emergency ICU, Department of Hematology, ICU Department as a pilot, and then standard sample collection of blood culture training and discussion were carried out in pilot departments in October 2015, results were compared before and after 8 months of the pilot time.Results: During November 2015 to June 2016 period, in Department of Infectious Diseases, 2 bottles (bilateral single bottle) and 4 bottles (bilateral double bottles) of blood culture increased by 21.8% and 43.2% respectively from March to October 2015; in Emergency ICU, 4 bottles of blood culture increased by 71.1% respectively from March to October 2015; in Department of Hematology, 2 and 4 bottles of blood culture increased by 81.9% and 3.9% respectively from March to October 2015; in ICU, 2 and 4 bottles of blood culture increased by 21.9% and 3.0% respectively from March to October 2015; which have statistical significance.Conclusion:The pilot in department training method can effectively improve standard sample collection of blood culture, which can be applicated to other hospitals.
