| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨载脂蛋白A5（apolipoprotein A5，apoA5）水平对HDL亚类分布的影响。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附法（enzyme-1inked immunosorbent assay，ELISA）和双向电泳免疫印迹检测法分别检测310例受试者的血浆apoA5浓度和HDL亚类相对含量。受试者按apoA5浓度均值加或减去一个标准差作为分割点，分为高apoA5组（apoA5≥286．83mg／L），中apoA5组（139．99mg／L≤apoA5〈286．83mg／L）和低apoA5组（apoA5〈139．99mg／L）。结果：与高apoA5组相比，apoA5低浓度组preβl-HDL和HDL3a含量显著升高（P〈0．01），HDL2a和HDL2b显著降低（p〈0．01）。结论：随着血浆apoA5浓度降低，HDL亚类有变小的趋势，apoA5浓度降低可能阻碍了HDL亚类的成熟。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the relation between the apolipoprotein A5 （apoAS） levels and subclasses of high density lipoprotein （HDL）. Methods： The plasma level of apoA5 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, and the HDL subclasses were measured with two-dimensional electrophoresis immunoblot in 310 subjects. According to the apoA5 level, the subjects were divided into three groups： a high level of apoA5 （apoA5 ≥ 286.83 mg/L） group, a medium level ofapoA5 （139.99 ≤ apoA5 〈 286.83 mg/L） group and a lowlevel of apoA5 （apoA5 〈 139.99 mg/L） group. Results： Compared with the high level ofapoA5 group, preβl-HDL and HDL3a were significantly increased （P〈0.01）, while HDL2a and HDL2b were significantly decreased （P〈O.01） in the low level of apoA5 group. Conclusion： With the decreased plasma level of apoAS, the particle size of HDL shows a shift toward smaller size, and the decreased apoA5 may suppress the mature metabolism of HDL. |
