摘    要:目的:探讨载脂蛋白A5(apolipoprotein A5,apoA5)水平对HDL亚类分布的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-1inked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)和双向电泳免疫印迹检测法分别检测310例受试者的血浆apoA5浓度和HDL亚类相对含量。受试者按apoA5浓度均值加或减去一个标准差作为分割点,分为高apoA5组(apoA5≥286.83mg/L),中apoA5组(139.99mg/L≤apoA5〈286.83mg/L)和低apoA5组(apoA5〈139.99mg/L)。结果:与高apoA5组相比,apoA5低浓度组preβl-HDL和HDL3a含量显著升高(P〈0.01),HDL2a和HDL2b显著降低(p〈0.01)。结论:随着血浆apoA5浓度降低,HDL亚类有变小的趋势,apoA5浓度降低可能阻碍了HDL亚类的成熟。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relation between the apolipoprotein A5 (apoAS) levels and subclasses of high density lipoprotein (HDL). Methods: The plasma level of apoA5 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the HDL subclasses were measured with two-dimensional electrophoresis immunoblot in 310 subjects. According to the apoA5 level, the subjects were divided into three groups: a high level of apoA5 (apoA5 ≥ 286.83 mg/L) group, a medium level ofapoA5 (139.99 ≤ apoA5 〈 286.83 mg/L) group and a lowlevel of apoA5 (apoA5 〈 139.99 mg/L) group. Results: Compared with the high level ofapoA5 group, preβl-HDL and HDL3a were significantly increased (P〈0.01), while HDL2a and HDL2b were significantly decreased (P〈O.01) in the low level of apoA5 group. Conclusion: With the decreased plasma level of apoAS, the particle size of HDL shows a shift toward smaller size, and the decreased apoA5 may suppress the mature metabolism of HDL.
