| 摘 要： | 人工膝关节模拟试验是对假体材料和假体设计进行研究和评价的重要形式。天然膝关节运动和载荷情况复杂,无法用常规仪器进行测试,因此需要针对各参数进行专门的人工膝关节模拟试验。目前常用简化方式和完全模拟两种方式,完全模拟方式可以对材料和设计同时进行研究,简化方式则只能对假体材料进行研究。国际标准中已有基于膝关节的运动受力和位移两种方案可供选择。本文还详细论述了人工膝关节模拟试验的评价标准和检测手段,最后对人工膝关节模拟试验今后的研究进行了展望。
