摘    要:本文建立了CO2在交叉流中空纤维膜式人工肺的半经验数学模型。通过CO2在MAXI-MATM膜肺中水介质内传质实验,确定了表征膜肺结构特征的、m因子。以、m因子代入作者建立的数学模型中对该膜肺CO2在牛血介质中的传递进行求解。随后又进行了该膜肺的CO2一牛血传递实验。数学模型所计算的CO2传递速率与实验结果吻合很好。

Abstract:A semi-empirical mathematical model of CO2 transfer in a cross-flow hollow fibre artificial lung has been set up. The factors, and m,which characterize the structure of the membrane lung were determined through experimental measurements with water -CO2 as medium in the medical membrane lung,MAXIMA(TM)(Medtronic Inc. USA). Computation of CO2 transfer on bovine blood in the MAXIMA(TM)lung was carried out using the and m values obtained from the water experiments. Experiments were also performed in vitro in a perfusion circuit using bovine blood in the MAXIMA(TM) according to guidelines specified in Draft Standard ISO /DIS 7199. Good agreement between the model predictions and the experimental data was obtained.
