| 摘 要： | 人巨细胞病毒对女性正常生育的影响。已引起广泛的注意，我们运用PCR技术对自然流产和生育出生缺陷的女性进行检测，结果发现其巨细胞病毒的感染率明显高于正常生育的女性。我们认为应对孕前或孕期的母亲进行巨细胞病毒的检测，以达到优生优育的目的。

| Abstract: | We test Human Cylomegalovius (HCMV)in the female of spontaneous abortion and bearing birth defect by PCR.Result shows that their infecting frequency is significantly higher than usual bearing female.We suggest that the female should be tested HCMV before the pregnancy or in the pregnancy. |
