| 摘 要： | 臀上皮神经损伤在急性腰臀部软组织损伤中占４０～６０％。但对易损伤的机理尚有争论。通过１２具尸体（２４侧）臀上皮神经的解剖，结合临床１００例病例，对臀上皮神经的走行和邻近组织的关系及神经的受力情况进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The injuries of the superior clunial nerve comprise about 40-60% cases of acute doft tissueinjuries in lumbocluneal region, the mechanism of which is still in dipute. This article is intendedto investigate thd routes of the superior clunial nerve, the relationship with surrounding tissues andits mechanics on the basis of 12 cases of autopsy as well as 100 clinical cases. |
