摘    要:目的:探讨切应力对内皮细胞膜流动性的影响。方法:选择15dyne/cm^2、50dyne/cm^2、300dyne/cm^2三种切应力,分别模拟大中动脉处,大中动脉分叉处及病理状态下的切应力,以体外培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞作为实验对象,分别测定三组切应力作用0h、1h、2h、4h、6h、10h的内皮细胞膜流动性。结果:切应力可降低内皮细胞膜液动性,且切应力越大,作用越强。切应力作用4h,内皮细胞膜流

Abstract:To study the effect of shear stress on endothelium membrane fluidity. Methods: The culture HUVECs were treated with 3 kinds of shear stress: 15, 50, 300 dyne/cm 2 (imitating the shear stresses of the middle big artery, the bifurcation of the middle big artery, the pathological place of the artery). The membrane fluidity of the 3 groups was detected at 0,1,2,4,6,10 h. Results: The shear stress decreased the membrane fluidity. The higher shear stress, the lower the membrane fluidity. It arrived at the lowest point in 4 h, then kept at this level. Conclusion: The shear stress affects the membrane fluidity apparently, it changes the function of EC, take part in the production and development of atherosclerosis.
