| 摘 要： | 研究了干燥成人髋骨１０９例股骨１５８侧，髋臼的形态可分为四型。股骨头凹可根据凹的深浅度分为浅型，深型、凸型、根据凹最深处与顶点的位置关系，可分为顶点位，顶点下位，顶眯后下位。各型拍Ｘ线片分析表明：髋臼顶皮质中断型，见于髋臼呈第Ⅲ型进，是由该型中的副窝顶处存在深且大的孔洞所致。Ｘ线片显示股骨头无凹型者，仅见于股骨头凹呈顶点位或顶点下位，凹陷极浅，由体位改变所形成的Ｘ线影像。

| Abstract: | 109 dry hip bones and 158 dry femurs of the adult were studied. The types of the acetabulum were divided into 4 kinds. The foveas of femoral head were classified into shallow, deep and protruding type according to how deep the fovea was. and into the position of the apex, the shallow position of the apex and behind shallow position of apex according to the relationship of the position between the deepest portion of the fovea and the apex of femoral head. The analysis of various roentgenograms indicated that the discontinuity of cortical bone in the roof of the acetabulum, which was seen in the third type, was due to a deep and large hole in the roof of the accessory fossa. The head of the femur without fovea, which was very shallow, was due to the varying position of the apex and the shallow position of the apex. |
