| 摘 要： | 研究了２０例１８－４０周龄胎儿肝及３例健康成人肝小时叶内的网状纤维。光镜观察及图像分析仪测量结果表明，胎肝网状纤维及其所占肝小叶面积的百分比伴随胎龄而递增。足月胎儿肝已发育完善，但其网状纤维所占肝小叶面积非分比仍低于健康成人。

| Abstract: | Reticular fibers in hepatic lobule of twenty fetuses at the fetal age between 18-40 weeks and of three healthy adults were studied. Both observation under light microscope and measurement by image analysis apparatus showed that the reticular fibers as well as the reticular fiber area percen-tage in hepatic lobule increased progressively with the fetal age. This study suggests that the development of the liver has reached perfection in full-term fetuses, but that the reticular fiber area percentage in hepatic lobule is lower compared with that of healthy adults. |
