| 摘 要： | 将新生鼠视网膜植到成年大鼠视网膜损伤部位，发现移植视网膜存活，继续发育、分化、分层、接近正常的组织学结构，并且与宿主视网膜相连续，填充了损伤视网膜的切口。以上结果为修复损伤视网膜的研究提供了有益的资料。

| Abstract: | This experiment was designed to transplant newborn rat retinal tissue into the penetrated lesion in the retinas of 15 adult hosts. We observed that the grafted newborn retinal tissues survived, differentiated and settled in the penetrated lesion of the hosts. The grafts developed into an organized laminar pattern. The corresponding areas of the grafted tissues merged with those of the hosts at the cut edges, thus bridging the gap of the lesioned retina of the hosts. |
