| 摘 要： | 目的探讨可吸收螺钉、棒治疗关节周围骨折的效果。方法2002年8月-2005年12月,应用自身增强聚乙酯（SR-PGA）、自身增强聚丙酯（SR-PLLA）可吸收螺钉、棒,治疗关节周围骨折37例,其中男性32例,女性5例,年龄16-64岁。手术均在伤后4h-7d内完成,术后行皮肤牵引或石膏外固定。结果患者术后随访24-61个月,平均41个月。伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,骨折临床愈合时间平均为10周。患者关节功能恢复满意,根据美国骨科协会（AASO）关节功能评价：优21例,良13例,可3例,优良率91.9%。结论应用可吸收内固定钉、棒固定是一种有效治疗关节内及关节周围骨折的方法,良好的疗效基于合理选择适应证及正确的操作。
