摘    要:目的 探讨体表逐搏检测His束电位在床旁的应用价值。方法 使用极低躁声三通道高增益放大器,16位A/D转换,通过USB接口与微机连接。应用数字滤波加模式识别软件对微信号进行处理。记录时受检取仰卧位。结果 38个志愿用逐搏体表His束检测仪清晰地记录到心房与心室之间的His束电活动,即A波、H波与V波。10例患体表检测与心内导管电极记录进行对照,2种方法获得的参数基本一致。结论 无创体表逐搏检测His束电活动有广泛临床价值,对心脏电生理研究和对房室传导阻滞的诊断有高度实用性。

Abstract:Objective To study the practical value of bedside recording body surface beat to beat His bundle potential. Methods The bedside body surface beat to beat His bundle electrocardiography were porformed with very low noise, high gain amplifiers and analog filtering. Three brigade amplifiers and 16 bite A/D was connected to microcomputer by USB. The signals were processed by a special digital filter and modeling recognization software. The subjects were in a supine position during the recording. Results A prominent waveform was observed between atrial and ventricular complexes and corresponded to His bundle potential in 38 volunteers. Ten cases were also measured His bundle electrocardiograph with intracardiac electrode, beside the body surface approach,then both results were compared.It showed the parameters basis in both approaches of His electrocardiograph records were consistant in general. Conclusion The noninvasive method of body surface beat to beat His bundle activity has wide clinical value and highly practical in patients with latent A-V block and useful in eletrophysiological research.
