情志护理对甲状腺手术患者术前焦虑干预及围手术期生命体征的影响

目的探讨情志护理对甲状腺手术患者术前焦虑及围手术期生命体征的影响。方法将86例甲状腺手术患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组。对照组按照围手术期常规护理原则进行临床护理。干预组则按照情志护理原则,在患者术前、术中及术后通过辩证分析,给予个性化护理。观察2组患者心率、血压、疼痛评分及满意度等数据,并通过统计学比较实行情志护理与否具有统计学意义。结果经过情志护理后,患者术后疼痛评分上升趋势缓慢,疼痛等级低于对照组。同时,干预组患者麻醉前心率、血压升幅低于对照组,且在术后能够迅速降回正常水平左右。结论情志护理能有效减轻患者术前焦虑程度,缓解患者心理压力,有效降低患者术后疼痛程度,提高满意度。

Effect of emotional care on anxiety intervention and perioperative vital signs of thyroid surgery patients

Objective To investigate the effect of emotional care on anxiety intervention and perioperative vital signs of thyroid surgery patients. Methods 86 cases with thyroid surgery were randomly divided into the control group and intervention group. The control group was given routine clinical care. According to emotional care principle, the effect of intervention group was analyzed dialectically during periopera- tive period, and the patients were given personalized care. The heart rate, blood pressure, pain score and satisfaction between two groups were observed and compared by statistics. Results The postoperative pain scores of patients by emotional care were improved slowly, and the pain level was lower than that of control group. The heart rate before anesthesia and blood pressure of intervention group were lower than those of control group. Conclusion Emotional care could effectively reduce preoperative anxiety, and could relieve mental stress of patients, effectively reduce postoperative pain for patients, and improve the r satisfaction rate.
