血浆NT-proBNP和D-D在心房颤动患者中的变化及意义

摘    要:目的:观察非瓣膜性心房颤动患者血浆N一末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)和D二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)的变化,探讨NT-proBNP及血栓前状态在心房颤动发生、发展与维持中的作用。方法:分别测定86例心房颤动患者(房颤组)和非房颤患者(对照组)血浆NT-proBNP和D-D。观察NT—proBNP和D-D与房颤的关系。结果:房颤组血浆NT-proBNP和D-D均明显高于对照组(P<0.05与P<0.01)。NT-proBNP和D-D在阵发性房颤组与持续性房颤组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:NT-proBNP及血栓前状态在房颤的发生、发展与维持中可能起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of NT-proBNP and D-Dimer(D-D) in patients with atrial fibrillation, and to investigate the roles of NT-proBNP and prothrombotic state(PTS) in the initiation, progression and persistence of atrial fibrillation. Methods Plasma NT-proBNP and D-D were determined in 86 patients with atrial fibrillation and controls (non-fibrillation patients) respectively. Basides, to observe NT-proBNP and D-D relationship with atrial fibrillation. Results The levels of plasma NT-proBNP and D- D in the patients with atrial fibrillation were significant higher than that of control group(P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 respectively). There was no diffdrence of NT-proBNP and D-D between persistent atrial fibrillation group and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group. Conclusions NT-proBNP and PTS may play an important role in the initiation,progression and persistence of atrial fibrillation.
