慢性心衰患者血浆BNP、cTnI和CRP联检的临床意义

目的：探讨联检血浆B钠尿肽（BNP）、肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）和C反应蛋白（CRP）水平对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者疗效观察及预后评估的临床意义。方法：选取50名健康体检者作为对照,45例CHF患者,分别动态监测其血浆BNP、cTnI和CRP水平。结果：CHF患者血浆BNP、cTnI和CRP水平明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,且与CHF程度、疗效、预后的评估有关（P〈0.01）。结论：血浆BNP、cTnI和CRP在CHF患者中明显升高,且升高幅度与病情的严重性相一致,对疗效观察和病情转归有实际的临床价值。

Clinical Significance of Combined Determination of Plasma BNP, cTnI and CRP Levels Changes in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To study the clinical significance of determination of changes of plasma levels of BNP, cTnI and CRP in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Plasma BNP （with RIA）, cTnI （with CLIA） and CRP （with immuno-turbidity） levels were determined in 45 patients with chronic heart failure of various grades （grade Ⅱ, n=9, grade Ⅲ, n=21, grade Ⅳ, n=15） and 50 controls. Results Plasma BNP, cTnI and CRP levels in patients with chronic heart failure were significantly higher than those in the controls （P〈0.01） and were positively correlated with the severity of the disease as well as the occurrence of cardiac events （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The increase of plasma levels of these biomarkers was positively correlated with the severity of disease process in patients with chronic heart failure and was helpful for outcome prediction.
