重肌灵片对实验性重症肌无力的影响

摘    要:用电鳐电器官提取的乙酰胆碱受体粗提物与完全福氏佐剂等量混合多点免疫Lewis大鼠制备EAMG大鼠模型,研究中药重肌灵片的作用,发现重肌灵片两个剂量组(6.56 g/kg和3.28 g/kg)均能显著改善EAMG大鼠临床症状,缓解连续低频电刺激所致大鼠后肢肌肉收缩幅度的衰减,降低血清中抗乙酰胆碱受体抗体的含量,抑制乙酰胆碱受体特异性的淋巴细胞增殖并能降低突触后膜上乙酰胆碱受体的减少。提示重肌灵能有效地改善EAMG大鼠临床症状及实验室指标。

Abstract:This study was carried out to investigate the effects of a Chinese tradition medicine called Zhongjiling on experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG ) in rats. The rat model of EAMG was established by immunization with acethylcholine receptor (AchR )plus complete Freund 's adjuvant.The degree of clinical assessment of rats, serum level of anti-AchR antibody, AchR content of the post-synaptic membrane and the lymphocyte proliferation were examined with respective methods, and the damping amplitude of muscular contraction of rats stimulated with low frequency electricity was observed. Results of this study showed that Zhongjiling in dosage of 6.56 g/kg and 3.28 g/kg could ameliorate the symptoms of EAMG rats, reduced the damping amplitude of muscular contraction of these rats and suppressed the levels of anti-AchR antibody and the lymphocyte proliferation induced by AchR.
