摘    要:本工作研究野生家蝇复眼的不同区域光感受器和第一视神经节的显微及亚显微结构,以及光感受器细胞轴突向视中枢的投射。结果表明,雄性家蝇复眼的背前区和赤道区、雌性家蝇复眼的腹前区,在网膜和第一视神经节(薄板)的形态结构和网膜向薄板投射的关系上,都呈现出与蝇的追逐行为明显相关的性别特征。

Abstract:Micro-and ultrastructure of the photoreceptors and first visual ganglion in the different regions of the compound eye of the wild male and female housefly, and the projections of the photoreceptor cells within the subsequent visual centers have been studied. The morphology of the retina and lamina ganglia in the front dorsal and the equatorial regions of the male compound eye and the front ventral region of the female one, and the projections of the retina within the lamina show the sexspecific characteristics underlying the function of chasing behavior in the housefly.
