| 摘 要： | 目的探讨载万古霉素硫酸钙人工骨对治疗非急性骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性研究2004年5月~2011年2月收治的42例,病程为1~360个月,平均11个月的非急性骨髓炎患者,在全身应用抗生素的配合下,手术彻底清除病灶内的炎性物质后填入载有万古霉素的硫酸钙人工骨,观察局部伤口情况。结果 41例患者伤口一期愈合,获得随访38例,随访6~36个月,平均8.6个月,人工骨吸收,无复发病例。结论载万古霉素硫酸钙人工骨是治疗非急性骨髓炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical result of vancomycin-impregnated osteoset in the treatment of non-emergency osteomyelitis.Methods A retrospective study was designed from May 2004 to Feb 2011,42 cases with non-emergency osteomyelitis were treated with radical debridement,in the whole body with antibiotics,vancomycin-impregnated osteoset artificial bone were filled.Incision healing were analyzed.Results 41cases acquired satisfactory incision healing without fever.38 cases got follow-up,the follow-up period ranged from 6 to36 months ﹙mean 8.6 months﹚.Osteoset were digested,no cases relapsed.Conclusion The effective method of vancomycin-impregnated osteoset as a bone graft substitutes is healing non-emergency osteomyelitis. |
