双极桡骨小头假体置换治疗粉碎性桡骨小头骨折

目的探讨双极桡骨小头假体置换治疗严重粉碎的桡骨小头骨折的初步疗效。方法对2003年8月～2008年4月共17例新鲜MasonⅢ、Ⅳ型桡骨小头骨折患者施以双极桡骨小头假体置换术。结果平均随访18．9个月（3～38个月），无肘外翻，下尺桡半脱位畸形，按Brobery和Morrey评分标准：优12例，良4例，一般1例，优良率为94．1％。结论双极桡骨小头假体置换治疗无法修复的MasonⅢ、Ⅳ型桡骨小头骨折近期疗效满意。

Treatment of radial head comminuted fractures by replacement with floating cup radial head prosthesis

Objective To investigate the preliminary clinical functional outcomes of treatment of radial head grave cornminuted fracture with floating cup radial head prosthesis. Methods 17 acute cases of Mason Ⅲ、Ⅳ radial head fractures were treated by replacement with floating cup radial head prosthesis from August 2003 to April 2008. Results All the patients had a mean follow-up of 18.9 months （3 to 38 months）. There were no patients with cubitus valgus, subluxation of the distal radial-ulnar joint. According to the Brobery and Morrey grading： excellent results were in 12 cases, good in 4 cases and fair in 1 case. The excellent and good rate was 94%. Conclusion The preliminary clinical functional outcomes of replacement with floating cup radial head prosthesis is satisfying for treatment of radial head comminuted fracture unable to be reduced.
