地震所致脊柱骨折伤员的特征分析

摘    要:目的总结地震中脊柱骨折伤员的分布特征和受伤机制,指导该类损伤的预防和诊治。方法对此次我院收治的281例地震中脊柱骨折伤员的临床资料进行分析。结果中老年人群、女性、农民和室内活动均是脊柱伤的高危因素。受伤的原因以重物砸压、坠落最为常见。脊柱骨折的部位集中在T11-L2.并有较多多节段脊柱骨折。大部分存在多个部位合并伤。结论加强地震知识的宣传教育,地震发生时正确有效的规避坠落的重物和倒塌的房屋,避免从高处跳下,室内正确的躲避方法和姿势,可以降低脊柱损伤的发生。了解受伤机制有助于伤员的及时诊治,减少漏诊误诊。

Characteristics of spinal fractures caused by earthquake

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristics of distribution and traumatic mechanism of the spinal fractrue patients caused by earthquake,to guide the diagnosis ,treatment and prevention of this kind of fracture. Method the clinical characteristics of 281 cases spinal fracture patients injured in Wen Chuan earthquake were summarized. Results Middle-aged population,females,peasants and indoors activities are high risk factors of spinal injury.The most common modes of spinal fractures caused by earthquake are crash and falls.The major injury location is thoracolumbar spine (TI 1- L2).The most of cases have multi-segmental spinal fractur or multiple trauma. Conclusion the methods that can reduce spinal fracture incidence are as follow: 1.Strengthen earthquake propaganda;2.To master correct and effective avoiding technology of falling object or collapsing building;3.To aviod jump down from the buildings;4.To learn appropriate avoiding method and protective posture in doors.Understanding the traumatic mechanism of this kind of fracture is helpful to timelv diagnosis and treatment.
