摘    要:目的:观察Harris窝及髋臼切迹与髋臼中心点的解剖学特点及其相关性,为人工全髋关节置换和翻修术中髋臼假体的正确安放和重建髋关节旋转中心提供解剖学依据.方法:对20具40侧成人防腐骨盆标本,行Harris窝、髋臼切迹以及髋臼切迹中点与髋臼中心点的位置关系进行观测,论证其相关性.结果:Harris窝及髋臼切迹与髋臼中心点的位置关系相对恒定,髋臼中心点位于Harris窝窝内头侧接近关节软骨面处;正常髋臼切迹和髋臼中心点的连线形成一个以髋臼切迹为底边的近似等腰三角形,髋臼中心点位于髋臼切迹连线的垂直平分线上方,男性(25.61±1.11)mm,女性(25.42±1.09)mm.髋臼切迹中点和髋臼中心点的距离与髋臼切迹的长度呈正相关.结论:Harris窝及髋臼切迹与髋臼中心点的解剖关系相对恒定,可为人工全髋关节置换及翻修术确定髋臼中心点,正确的安放髋臼假体提供依据.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the anatomic characteristics and their correlation of acetabular centre as well as Harris fossa and acetabular notch, in order to offer anatomic basis of fixing acetabular implant correctly and reconstructing the center of acetabular rotation in the artificial replacement of the whole hip joint and revision arthroplasty. Methods:The ubiety of acetabular centre as well as Harris fossa and acetabular notch was observed and measured from 20 adult cadaver pelvic samples. Results:There was a steady ubiety of aeetabular centre as well as Harris fossa and acetabular notch. Acetabular center was close to the cartilage of joint in the top of Harris fossa, The lines connected with acetabular center and acetabular notch constituted a round isoceles triangle which based on the acetabular notch. Aeetabular center which located on the top of vertical bisector of lines connected the two points of acetabular notch in male was ( 25.61±1.11 ) mm, female ( 24.52 ± 1.09) mm, There was significant correlation between the distance from midpoint of aeetabular notch to acetabular center and the length of aeetabular notch. Conclusions : The steady relativity of Harris fossa, aeetabular notch and acetabular center could offer anatomic basis of fixing acetabular implant correctly and reconstructing the center of acetabular rotation in the artificial replacement of the whole hip joint and revision arthroplasty.
