中国人股骨近端参数统计

目的：探讨中国成人股骨近端参数的特点，为人攻关节假体的设计提供解剖学依据。方法：拍摄100张成人髋关节X光片，测量其主要参数，用峡部漏斗指数和干骺端漏斗指数来描述股骨髓腔的形状。并将中国人股骨的参数与欧洲人股骨的参数进行对比，同时我们还将年龄、体重以及股骨的各种参数进行了相关性分析。结果：中国人股骨的干骺端漏斗指数和峡部漏斗指数大于欧洲人(P＜0．01)，颈干角和偏心距小于欧洲人(P＜0．01)；年龄对股骨形状影响较小，而身高对股骨的影响较大。结论：根据中国人股骨近端参数设计的人工假体用于国人是相匹配的。

Study of the Proximal Femoral Parameters in Adult Chinese

Objective:To explore the characteristics of proximal femoral parameter in adult Chinese and to provide anatomic basis for hip stem design.Methods:100 hip radiographs were studied and the proximal femoral parameters measured.The canal flare indices and metaphyseal canal flare indices were used to describe the shape of the endosteal cavity.The proximal femoral parameters among the Chinese,American and Europan were compared.The proximal femoral parameters between the different age and weight were also analyzed.Results:The Chinese femora metaphyseal canal flare indices and canal flare indices are larger than those of the Amorican or the European( P <0.01).The offset and neck-shaft angle are smaller than those of the American or the European( P <0.01).Age have little influence on the shape of the endosteal cavity. Stature have more influence on the shape of the endosteal cavity.Conclusion:The hip stem designed on the basis of the proximal femoral parametens of adult chinese matches the chinese.
