关节镜下手术治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤

目的：探讨膝关节外侧盘状半月板损伤的镜下治疗方法。方法：共施行盘状半月板手术22例，其中部分切除成形术14例，次全切除术6例，完全切除术2例。结果：平均随访10月，效果优良者18例(优良率81．8％)，均未发生并发症。结论：关节镜下行盘状半月板部分切除成形术，具有创伤小，康复快，能保留部分半月板的优点，是目前治疗盘状半月板损伤的好方法。

Arthroscopic Meniscetomy for the Discoid Meniscus Injury

jective: To evaluate the clinical result of arthroscopic meniscectomy for the discoid meniscus (DM) injury. Methods : 22 cases of DM were treated with arthroscopic meniscectomy, 14 cases underwent partial resection, 6 subtotal resection, and total resection. Results: All the cases were followed up for an average of 10 months. There were no complications and 18 patients were rated as excellent or good.Conclusion:The arthroscopic meniscectomy has many advantages over conventional surgical treatments. It has minical injury and rapid reconvery.and could preservie partial meniscus,This technique should be considered for clinical application.
