二氯苯醚菊酯浸泡蚊帐防制蚊虫的实验小屋试验

棉纱蚊帐浸泡二氯苯醚菊酯５００ｍｇａｉ／ｍ２在实验小屋试验，浸帐后１年内对中华按蚊和三带喙库蚊的平均毒杀死亡率分别为７８．９％和８０．２％，吸血率为０．２７％和０．２３％，在蚊帐穿孔条件下，即蚊帐每个穿孔的面积为１０×１０ｃｍ，所有孔的面积之和占蚊帐面积的５％，浸帐后７个月内对中华接蚊和三带喙库蚊的平均死亡率为８４．５％和９４．５％，且可降低吸血率，中华按蚊为４４．９％，三带喙库蚊为６６．９％。同时发现二氯苯醚菊酯浸帐有明显阻止蚊虫飞入屋内的现象，阻止入屋率，中华按蚊７７．４％，三带喙库蚊７６．７％；而以溴氰菊酯２５ｍｇａｉ／ｍ２浸帐作比较则无此现象。研究结果证明，二氯苯醚菊酯浸泡蚊帐具有毒杀、接触兴奋驱避和降低吸血率及阻止蚊虫入屋的作用。

EXPERIMENTAL HUT TRIALS OF PERMETHRIN-IMPREGNATED BEDNETS AGAINST MOSQUITOES IN CHINA

mg a.i./m2 permethrin-impregnated bednets were tested against populations of An. sinensis and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus in experimental huts fitted with exit-window traps to catch samples of mosquito exiting during the night. The average mortality of An. sinensis and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus were 78.9% and 80.2% with the treated bednets one year after impregnation, and were 84.5% and 94.5% with the perforated treated bednets 7 months after impregnation, respectively. By comparison with the control hut, the perforated treated net reduced the fed rate by 44.9% for An. sinensis and by 66.9% for Cx. tritaeniorhynchus. Meanwhile, the entry rate of An. sinensis and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus were reduced by 77.4% and 76.7% with the 500mg a.i./ m2 permethrin-impregnated bednet, but it was not reduced with the 25mg a.i./ m2 daltamethrin-impregnated bednet.
