摘    要:门静脉高压症是腹部血液循环系统主要疾病之一,常引起胃底静脉曲张、出血等严重后果。本文提出了一个血液动力学模型,模拟研究门脉高压时腹部各主要血管及组织的血液动力学变化。研究中考虑了正常情况,门脉高压但尚未形成侧枝循环情况,以及门脉高压已形成侧枝循环情况,并且考虑了门脉高压的“前向血流学说”和“后向血流学说”。结果表明本模型基本上正确,对门脉高压症应综合考虑“前向血流学说”和“后向血流学说”。

Abstract:Portal Hypertension is one of the major diseases in the splanchnic blood circulation. It usually leads to varicosis of fundus of somach and hemorrhage of upper digestive tract and so on which are extremely dangerous to patients. In this study a hemodynamic model is provided to simulate the hemodynamics of main vessle and tissuses in abdomen with portal hypertension. The normal situation and portal hypertension without bypass and portal hypertension with bypass have been considered. The results show that this model is feasible. They also show both "forward" and "backward" flow theory played in portal hypertension.
