摘    要:目的:探讨早期干预对幼儿躯体、智力、社会能力发展的影响,为早期教育提供依据。方法:随机抽取年龄为42天至3个月的正常婴儿60例为早期干预组,35例为1岁干预组。早期干预组入组后即接受早期干预。婴儿一岁后两组接受同等干预。两岁半时,早期干预组46例,1岁干预组30例,此时,按相同条件抽取对照组56例,三组幼儿采用贝利婴儿发展量表进行评估,测量身高、体重。结果:早期干预组的智力发展指数(MDI_

Abstract:Objective:to explore the effect of early interventionon physical,intelligence and social development of toddlers Method:ninety-five normal infants aged 42 dyas to 3 months were assigned to early intervention group(60 subjects)or one-year-old intervention group(35 subjects) The early intervention began from then on After one year old,the two groups accepted the same intervention At the age of two years and a half,there were 46 left in the early intervention group and 30 in one-year-old intervention group,and the control group(56 subjects)was sampled according to the same enrollment standard All three groups were assessed by Bayley Scales of Infant Development(BSID),and height and weight were also measured Result:the development of Mental Development Index(MDI),Psychomotor Development Index(PDI)and improvement of height and weight in early intervention group were all higher than those of control group,the one-year-old intervention group performed better only in MDI and PDI The children of both intervention groups were happier,more cooperative,concentric,continual working toward an aim than those of control group Conclusion:early intervention could promote the development of intelligence,psychomotor ability,behavior,height and weight The earlier intervention began,the more significant effect was
