焦虑症患者心理生理学反应研究

目的 :探讨焦虑症患者心理生理学指标的特点。方法 :对 31例焦虑症患者和 2 3名健康志愿者应用多导电生理仪对模拟应激前后的心理生理学指标进行检测 ,并在治疗 1月后复查。结果 :焦虑症患者的心率及低频峰功率显著高于对照组 ,其心理生理学指标在治疗前后无显著性差别 ;低频峰功率与高频峰功率比值 (静息状态 )、脉搏图血流量面积变化 (模拟应激前后 )与HAMA分数变化呈负相关。结论 :焦虑症患者存在交感神经系统功能亢进 ,可能是一种特性标志 ,一些心理生理学指标与临床疗效有一定的相关性

Psychophysiological Response of Patients with Anxiety Neurosis to Inpatient Treatment

Objective:To study the psychophysiological response of patients with anxiety neurosis to inpatient Treatment.Method:The psychophysiological indexes of 31 patients with anxiety neurosis and of 23 healthy control were measured by Multiple Physiological Recorder during rest and under mimic stress. Those patients were measured twice:just after admission and after 1-month treatment. Subjects also underwent a battery of psychological assessments. Result:When admitted,patients had higher heart rate and more low-frequency peaks of the power spectrum densities than those of normal control (p<0.01).After 1-month inpatient treatment,there was no signifieant change of these indexes of patients. The baseline LF/HF ratio and PPG area change had significant negative correlation with HAMA score in both tests. Conclusion:anxiety neurotics have exaggerated sympathetic response, which may be a trait marker and relates to clinical symptom.
