摘    要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)的神经干细胞(NSC)治疗目的是修复和替代受损神经细胞,重建细胞环路和功能。主要有2种途径:一是内源性途径,即诱导内源性神经干细胞增殖与分化,使损伤的中枢神经系统进行自我修复;二是外源性途径,即直接替代缺损组织或植入基因工程细胞,这一类细胞能分泌促进干细胞增殖与存活的因子。目前,还没有应用NSC治疗人类AD获益的证据,尚缺乏足够的证据来评价NSC移植在人类神经功能恢复方面所起的作用。

Abstract:Transplantation of neural stem cells in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD) is a promising method, with a broad research and application prospect. Therapy of AD with neural stem cells aimed at repairing and replacing the damaged nerve cells, and the reconstruction of the damaged cells. There are two kinds of ways: induced by endogenous neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation(self-repair), exogenous direct substitute for defects or genetically engineered cell implants. Animal experiments have been encouraging progress, but the application of NSCs has not benefited from the treatment of human AD, as lack of sufficient evidence to evaluate the NSCs transplantation to restore the function of human AD patients.
