颈椎脊神经沟的观测

摘    要:目的 探讨神经根型颈椎病发病的形态学依据。方法 使用游标卡尺测量 5 0例成人干燥颈椎的脊神经沟及相关数据 ,应用foxpro 5 .0建立数据库 ,EPI软件单因素分析。结果 ①在脊神经沟中部 ,第七脊神经前支最不易受横突孔影响。②外口沟深值两侧均以第 5、6颈椎大 ,两侧均以第 3、4和 7颈椎相对小。③脊神经沟内口、中部和外口均为脊神经易受损伤处。结论 脊神经沟的内口、中部、外口为神经根型颈椎病的好发部位

Abstract:Objective To provide the morphological basis for pathology of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods Using sliding pages to measure 50 adult arid cervical spinal nerve grooves and related datas, using foxpro 5.0 to make up data base and apply the EPI software to do single factor analysis. Results ①In the middle of the spinal nerve groove, cervical foramen has the least effect on the seventh spinal nerve anterior branch. ②Lateral diameter groove of the fifth and sixth are the deepest while those of the third. fourth and seventh are comparatively shallow. ③In the spinal nerve groove, the medial diameter, middle and lateral diameters are the parts which are the most frequently involved in spondylosis. Conclusion The medial, middle and lateral diameters are the parts which are the most frequently involved in the cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.
