摘    要:细胞焦亡是近年来发现并被证实的一种新的细胞程序性死亡方式,它的特征是依赖半胱氨酸天冬氨酸酶1(cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase 1,caspase-1)并伴随大量炎症因子的释放。细胞焦亡参与了包括感染性疾病在内的多种疾病的病理生理过程。作为一种新的调节性细胞死亡方式,近年来细胞焦亡受到了广泛的关注。新近研究发现,细胞焦亡也参与了心肌缺血再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,MIRI)过程,文章就MIRI中细胞焦亡的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Cell pyroptosis is a newly found mode of regulated cell death and experimentally verified recently.It is characterized by its dependence on cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase 1(caspase-1)and the release of a large number of inflammatory factors.Pyroptosis is involved in the pathophysiological process of many diseases including infectious diseases.As a new way of regulatory cell death,pyroptosis has attracted extensive attention in recent years.Recent studies have found that it participates in the pathological processes of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI).This review summarized the research progress of cell pyroptosis in MIRI.
