摘    要:在自身免疫性疾病和重症感染过程中,通过抑制免疫应答反应可以维持机体自身耐受并避免免疫反应过度导致的损伤。免疫应答反应的抑制机制因素包括很多,如发挥免疫抑制作用的细胞、免疫抑制作用的相关分子,免疫抑制的药物及生物制剂等等。其中,以发挥免疫抑制作用的细胞种类较多,涉及到免疫细胞,肿瘤细胞及内分泌细胞等多种细胞,且其诱导形成免疫抑制的机制研究也较为全面,因此受到了更多关注。

Abstract:In autoimmune diseases and severe infection process, inhibition of the immune response can maintain the body' s self-tolerance and to avoid excessive damage. There are many mechanisms of immune response inhibition, including the cellar inhibition, molecular inhibition, immunosuppressive drugs, and biological agents, ect. There are many kinds of cells that have immunosuppression function, including immune cells, tumor cells and endocrine cells and so on, and the mechanisms of immunosuppression induced by these cells are studied comprehensively. Therefore, the cells with immunosuppressive function are recently more and more attractive.
