| 摘 要： | 胶原蛋白是一种天然存在的具有很高利用价值的生物物质,其特有的极低的抗原性、可生物降解性、生物吸收性、止血性能和促进细胞生长的功能,使得近年来在医药工业和医学临床的研究和应用日益广泛.本文在简述胶原蛋白特性与制备工艺的基础上,较为详细地介绍了胶原蛋白在烧伤、烫伤、止血和眼科治疗及其组织工程中的应用和进展.

| Abstract: | Collagen has many useful features such as low antigenicity, controllable biodegradation, biological absorbable properties, haemostatic properties, ability to promote cellular growth and attachment.,which make it an excellent naturally occurring biomaterial, it has a wide application in medicinal industry and clinical medicine. The research progress of collagen in clinical application in burns; wound, hemostasis and ophthalmology etc., as well as the characteristic and preparation technology of collagen. |
