超声弹性成像仿真的有限元分析

摘    要:本文利用有限元分析的方法,用弹性力学的理论计算得到软组织在不同情况下的应变分布。这对于弹性成像的理论分析具有重要的辅助作用,可以研究软组织的不同状态和各种力学参数对弹性成像的影响,以及从理论上估计弹性成像的局限性。有限元分析的结果说明,弹性成像比较适于检测较硬的肿块,另外,还可能判断乳腺肿瘤的一些性质,这在临床上有很大的参考价值。

Abstract:Using the method of finite element analysis and theory of mechanics of elasticity, strain profiles of soft tissues under different circumstance were calculated and presented in this paper. This method plays an important assistant role in theoretical analysis of elastography Using this method, different condition of soft tissues and effects of mechanical parameters on soft tissues can be studied. Also, limitation of elastography can be estimated theoretically. The results of finite element analysis indicate that elastography is more suitable for detection of stiff cancers than for soft cancers. In addition, some characteristics of breast cancers, which are meaningful in clinics, may be estimated.
