摘    要:医学临床分析表明,胎盘脉管系统图像与胎儿的发育情况具有密切的相关性。本文提出了一种基于三维超声及多普勒超声图像的胎盘功能分析方法。首先由彩色多普勒超声扫描仪得到一组孕妇胎盘血管分布图像,并在这些图像上描记一些点得到一个截面像,以便观察这些点的内部血管分布情况。然后根据胎盘单位量内毛细血管面积的百分比评价母体与胎儿间的血液需求量和供给量是否正常,从而判断是否有胎盘梗阻的存在。典型样本的训练和新样本的检测试验表明,本方法能够为临床医生判断胎盘是否正常提供一种有效手段。

Abstract:Clinical medical analysis shows that the images of placenta vascularity are closely related with the embryo' s growth. A novel method that depends on examining images of placenta vasculature to determine the growth of embryo was introduced in this paper. First, get a set of placenta vaseularity images from the pregnant woman taken by color Doppler ultrasonic scanner, and mark some points in these images where a section image was got so as to observe the internal blood vessel distribution at those points. Then according to the percentage of capillary vessel in the unit volume of placenta, it is estimated whether the supply and demand between the embryo and mother are normal, or there is the phenomena of placental infarcts. Based on training typical samples and testing new samples, it is shown that this method provides an efficient tool for doctors to evaluate whether the nlacenta is normal.
