正常与病态股骨头松质骨蠕变方程的比较研究

摘    要:比较正常股骨头和股骨头坏死后股骨头的蠕变性质,为临床应用提供生物力学参数。在日本岛津电子万能试验机上,对正常与病态股骨头松质骨各8个试样进行蠕变实验。结果表明:股骨头松质骨在最初600 s变化较快,之后应力缓慢下降,正常组7 200 s蠕变量为0.19%,病态组7 200 s蠕变量为0.13%,病态组7 200 s蠕变量显著低于正常组(P<0.05)。说明股骨头坏死后打乱了松质骨骨小梁的正常排列,骨量丢失,从而对蠕变特性造成影响。

Abstract:To compare the creep nature of femoral head between normal and osteonecrosis femoral head,to provide biomechanical parameters for clinic.Shimadzu AUTOGRAPH in electronic universal testing machine was used for creep test of 8 specimens of the femoral head in each normal and sick groups.Results showed that femoral head creep of normal and osteonecrosis groups exhibited significantly changes in the first 600 s,with stress slowly decreased and strain gradually increased.The creep deformation of normal head group in 7 200 s was 0.27%,and that of the femoral head of osteonecrosis sick group was 0.16%,significantly lower than that of normal group(P<0.05).It provide that the femoral head of bone disrupte cancellous bone with the normal,result in bone loss.Thus it impact creep.
