模拟股骨颈骨折螺丝钉固定应力松弛分析

摘    要:研究了模拟股骨颈骨折后,以加压螺丝钉单钉固定、双钉固定、双钉固定后在骨折区植骨各组标本的应力松弛力学性质,为临床提供生物力学参数。取24个正常国人急性头部外伤致死的新鲜尸体股骨标本,人为造成股骨颈骨折,以加压螺丝钉单钉固定,双钉固定、双钉固定后在骨折区植骨后,进行应力松弛研究。结果得出了各组标本的应力松弛实验数据和曲线,还得出了归一化应力松弛函数。对实验数据以一元线性回归分析的方法进行处理,得出了各组标本的G(t)表达式。结果表明:在相同应力作用下,单钉固定组7200s应力松弛量大于其它组,但差异不显著。

Abstract:The fracture of femur's neck fixed with single bolt,with two bolts and the property of relaxation biomechanics of every sample groups of bone in the section of fracture were stuclied to provide parameter of biomechanics for clinic.Twenty-four femoral upper part of the fresh body of Chinese died with trauma on head were chosen,the fracture of femur's neck was made.Fixed with single bolt,with two bolts and the property of relaxation biomechanics in the section of fracture were researched.The data of relaxation experiment and curve of the samples of each group and the curve of unitary relaxation function were obtained.The experiment data was dealed with the methods of unitary linearity analysis and the G(t) expression of samples of each group were got.It proves that the group fixed with single bolt has greatly change in the same stress and the same on the beginning,but the groups of relaxation quantity has not great change in 7200s.
