| 摘 要： | 应用骨组织工程技术修复大的骨缺损成为近年来的研究热点。而成骨细胞和支架材料在体外的复合,是组织工程研究的重点和难点之一。通过对材料的改性处理,增强其亲水性,提高骨诱导性;改进细胞种植方法等促进细胞复合后的增殖、分泌基质;引进应力应变作用,模拟体内微环境,促进蛋白质分泌等。就此方面的研究进展作一综述。

Culture of osteoblasts and scaffolds in vitro |

| Abstract: | Repairing main bone defect by bone tissue engineering has been one of popular studies currently, complex osteoblasts and scaffolds in vitro is important and difficult. Promote cell adhesion,osteoblastic activity and secretion of extra-cell matrix by pretreatment scaffolds,improvements of co-culture methods and introduction of stress/stain are reviewed in this article. |
